Gold Plated Singing Bowl

Singing bowls are used during prayer, yoga and meditation practices for generating positive energy. Widely used by healers, monks and followers of Buddhism and Hinduism, they generate a harmonic, calming sound that is known to be therapeutic and healing. 

The sides and rims vibrate to produce beautiful bell like tones when tapped or rubbed gently with a wooden object. Gold plated and intricately embellished with a raised motif at the bottom, this is a gorgeous piece to help focus and relax the body and mind.

To play:
- Place the singing bowl on an open hand or cushion whilst holding the mallet in the other hand
- Gently tap the mallet to the outside and inside edges of the singing bowl or tap the mallet to the outside and continue playing it around the rim
- Feel the calming sensation of the beautiful resonant sounds and vibrations
