If you are sending to a rural address, please select the rural postage option or provide a standard address to avoid delays in dispatching your order. With courier price increases and surcharges, we are no longer able to cover the fee when the correct postage is not selected (though we do subsidise it). Parcels will not be sent until the correct postage is paid or an alternative address is provided.

If the shipping seems too high for the products in your cart, please get in touch for a quote - sometimes when many items are purchased, the system can over-calculate. For education/bulk orders, you are welcome to email for a shipping quote first. 

We don't make a profit on shipping, but in rare cases where multiple bulky and/or oversize items (eg. multiple large baskets or play sets) are ordered we reserve the right to charge shipping based on volume - we will be in touch before dispatching your order if this occurs to provide you with options. If you would prefer a quote ahead of ordering, please get in touch! 

We send with non-signature courier delivery - if your address is not safe for parcels to be left or you require a signature please contact us before ordering (there will be an additional charge for this). At all times it it the responsibility of the customer to track the parcel and notify us within a timely manner if it is not received after a delivery scan. With delays (particularly in the busy Christmas season) there will be less success with your claim if we do not notify the courier straight away. 

If shipping to a business address
NZ Post now require a business name for all business address deliveries - please make sure you include this in your delivery details if shipping to a business because without it the parcel may be returned to us. If this happens there will be a second shipping charge applied before we can resend.


Collection in Silverdale, Auckland is free - just select the 'Collect' option in the checkout and we will notify you when it's ready (generally after 1pm the same day). You can email to organise a time or call 0210361767. Please note that as we are an online business we don't have a shop front, so do contact us first or wait until you receive your pick up email notification to make sure we have your order ready!


Yes, we can and do ship to some international locations! At this time the shop is only set up for shipping within New Zealand but if you are an international customer please contact us with your wishlist and we are more than happy to help with a quote.

Please note we are not liable for any additional customs fees or duties applicable in the receiving country. There are also expected delays due to the global pandemic so we do expect the delivery timeframe to be slightly longer than standard at the moment.


You will be emailed an order confirmation immediately after placing your order online. We try to dispatch orders received before 12pm on the same day using a tracked service, but please allow 2-3 days during busy periods. If you have special instructions for delivery or if your order is urgent, please leave us notes in the order comments field when checking out.

If you require a signature on delivery please contact us to organise - there may be an additional fee for this. 

You will be emailed a shipping notification with tracking details when your order is packed. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking to become available. Most orders are sent with overnight delivery but please allow an extra 2-3 days for South Island or rural delivery. 

Please open and inspect the contents of your parcel within 24 hours of receiving it. If there is any damage caused in transit we need to know straight away so that we can start the claims process. You will also need to keep ALL of the original packaging in case the courier needs to uplift and inspect - without it claims are generally unsuccessful and we will be unable to claim on your behalf.


We love to reuse clean packing materials where we can and source our cardboard boxes from another local business in Silverdale. This might mean the box you receive your goodies in isn't brand new - but it means we can minimise both cost and waste - which is a win for you, for us and the environment! 

In caring about who makes our toys we also care about how we get them to you - we only use recycled or compostable courier bags. We never purchase bubble wrap or the like - if you do receive some in your order this been recycled from something shipped to us and we encourage you to reuse it again ⚘
