December Shipping Information 🎄

Due to family circumstances we will be closing orders off a littler earlier this year - the last day for orders will be Wednesday 17th December at 9am. Any orders placed after this time will not be shipped or processed before Christmas (including click and collect).

Rural Addresses - If you have a rural address please select the correct shipping at checkout. As a small business we cannot fully absorb these additional costs (though we do subsidise it). Orders are not sent until the correct postage is paid, so this will cause further delays to the dispatch time of your order.

Collection in Silverdale - We will allow collection up to 5pm on the 17th December - any day or time before this is possible but you must book the time in advance (we need to make some space for Christmas magic for our little ones!). 

From the 17th we will be taking a short break - the website will remain open during this time but orders will not be sent until after the 29th of December. Email communications will be slower during this period also.
