December Shipping Information 🎄

 Temporary Shipping Delays

Due to family bereavement we are taking a short break on dispatching orders - commencing for orders placed from Wednesday 3 December until Wednesday 10th December.

During this time the online shop will stay open for orders, but there will be no click and collect available and no orders will be dispatched until after the 10th of December.

We know it is a busy season and will endeavour to catch up on packing your orders as quickly as we can, but please be aware there may be some delays when starting back (we are a very small team!). Thank you for your understanding at this time.

Christmas Shipping Dates

The final shipping dates for Christmas are as follows:

South Island - Wednesday 17th December midday (this is the cut off for parcels only - small bags are sent on overnight courier so you can order up til Thursday the 18th for these, feel free to contact us if you are not sure of your parcel size!)
North Island - Thursday 18th December at midday
Collection in Silverdale - We will allow collection up to 5pm on the 20th December but you must book a collection time in advance (we need to make some space for Christmas magic for our little ones!)

As always, rural delivery will add a couple of days so please get your orders in as soon as possible! This is our best estimate based on dates provided by our couriers, we cannot guarantee delivery after the above dates at this busy time.

From here we will be taking a short break through to the new year - the website will remain open during this time but orders will not be sent until after the 8th of January.
