Montessori Interlocking Discs

A classic Montessori resource which uses both sides of the brain to encourage development. The discs are strategically placed to encourage a baby to grasp and cross the midline of the body when transferring between the hands. 

Ideal for use by young children to develop motor control, hand eye coordination and concentration. They are also perfect for a loose parts or heuristic play basket, and older children may also enjoy this toy, as it is a wonderfully tactile ‘fidget’ tool for little hands. Please note these discs are designed to be a tight fit but to separate; we do offer dual discs that are fixed in place too.

Hand crafted from responsibly sourced plantation timber and finished with plant based oils.
