Wooden Labyrinth - Tree of Life

A labyrinth is an ancient greek symbol dating back approximately 4000 years or more. A sacred tool that was used in meditation and prayer and is still used today. 

This Tree of Life labyrinth is a great tool for promoting mindfulness and learning how to self calm. Labyrinths promote fine motor development, eye hand coordination, concentration and visual tracking. They are excellent in helping busy minds to self calm and regulate. Trace with your finger, a wooden stylus or pair with felt balls or marbles for mindfulness exercises or pattern making.

It could be bundled together with some of our other nature based products to create an interest and investigation area or used as a visual prop for storytelling.

Hand carved by skilled artisans from richly coloured mahogany wood and beautifully finished with plant based oils. A work of art - lovely to display when not in use.
