Rattan Shaker - Natural

Traditionally named caxixi (ca-she-she), they are usually played in pairs. These beautiful percussion instruments produce a range of sounds depending on how they are played.
Each shaker is unique and made from natural, non-endangered rattan which is woven into a bell-shaped shaker.
When shaken and rotated the caxixi makes a mixture of soft and sharp percussive sounds. It is typically played upright, using a sharp up-and-down motion so the pebbles strike the hard base.

Please note this product is a traditional instrument not a toy. Due to small parts inside it is recommended for children 3 years and over or with supervision. Not suitable to be used as a teether.
