Holiday Shipping Information

🎄 Christmas Shipping Dates 🎄

We are packing your orders as quickly as we can in this busy season, but please be aware there may be a couple of days delays at times (we are a very small team!)

The final shipping dates for Christmas are as follows:

South Island - Tuesday 17th December midnight (this is the cut off for parcels only - small bags are sent on overnight courier so you can order up until Thursday the 19th at 2pm for these, feel free to contact us if you are not sure of your parcel size!)
North Island - Thursday 19th December at 2pm
Collection in Silverdale - Collection is available up to 5pm on Saturday 21st December but you must book a collection time in advance (we need to make some space for Christmas magic for our little ones!)

Rural Delivery - As always, rural delivery will add a couple of days to the standard shipping timeframes so get your orders in as soon as possible! This is our best estimate based on dates provided by our couriers, we cannot guarantee delivery at this busy time. Please select the correct postage at checkout - there will be delays in sending parcels until rural surcharges are paid.

Holiday Shipping
If you order after the cut off dates above we will still ship your goodies up until Friday the 20th of December, then we will be taking a short break through to the new year. The website will remain open for orders during this time but shipping will not resume until the 13th of January.
